Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for repairing and maintaining office machinery and equipment with the aim to maintain stable condition and safe operation to support the day-to-day operation of the office and optimizing costs operation related to repair, replacement.

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities

• Thực hiện công tác bảo trì, bảo dưỡng, sửa chữa nhỏ đột xuất hoặc định kỳ, theo kế hoạch đảm bảo máy móc, thiết bị vận hành liên tục, an toàn, hiệu quả
• Lắp đặt mới, cài đặt và di dời các trang thiết bị, dụng cụ, vật tư theo yêu cầu
• Báo cáo các sự cố, vấn đề của tòa nhà, máy móc, thiết bị ngoài khả năng xử lý của mình cho cấp quản lý để kịp thời khắc phục
• Thực hiện các biện pháp bảo đảm an toàn trong quá trình làm việc và theo sự hướng dẫn, quy định và nội quy của công ty
• Bảo quản, kiểm soát dụng cụ, vật tư bảo trì được cung cấp
• Các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công

• Carry out unexpected or periodic basic maintenance and repairs to ensure continuous, safe, and effective operation of machinery and equipment
• Install and relocate the equipment, tools, and supplies as required
• Report incidents and problems of buildings, machinery, and equipment beyond their ability of settlement to the Management for timely action
• Take measures to ensure safety during work and follow the instructions, regulations, and company rules
• Preserve and control provided tools and supplies for maintenance
• Other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp trường cao đẳng, trường đào tạo nghề hoặc trung học

• Khả năng duy trì thái độ tích cực
• Khả năng làm theo hướng dẫn chính xác một cách nhất quán và không cần giám sát liên tục

• College, vocational training school or high school
• Able to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude
• Ability to follow precise direction consistently and without continuous supervision
• Demonstrated customer service insights including the implementation of employee satisfaction charters.
