As the sole dedicated site HR partner, provide functional assistance in all areas including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, worker's compensation, data management, and policy implementation. Coordinate employee relations issues with a diverse scope, focusing on developing partnerships with Supervisors and Managers. Ensure smooth and efficient business operations by managing administrative duties in day-to-day HR matters such as timekeeping support. This role is primarily performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. As part of the essential functions of this role, the individual will need to access a factory and be exposed to temperature changes. This may will result in being exposed to noise, vibration, chemicals/fumes and navigate around factory machines.
