A Brief Overview
This role strengthens the company’s overall compensation framework by conducting market research, coordinating job evaluation initiatives, maintaining accurate job profiles, and performing relevant administration processes. The position also enhances compensation decision‑making by analyzing data, generating insights, and supporting policy improvements.

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive research and data analysis to support job evaluation activities, including developing and maintaining internal job descriptions, leveling/grading of job profiles and recommending salary ranges. Ensure all roles are evaluated and leveled consistently, in alignment with company standards.
  • Manage entire administrative process related to compensation factors and employee job changes, including but not limited to, maintaining accurate data across all HR systems, ensuring timely processing of official documentation.
  • Submit salary surveys and market benchmarking data; stay current with industry practices.
  • Support the development of compensation related proposals and present findings to the management by utilizing tools such as graphs, dashboards, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Evaluate current compensation policies, programs and procedures to identify areas needing improvement or simplification and develop recommendations.
  • Coordinate in monitoring internal and external trends, relevant pay legislation and potential impacts to the company's compensation frameworks.
  • Develop communications and training materials related to compensation programs and policies.
  • Provide guidance and training to junior C&B team members and contribute to HR teams to address compensation-related issues
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to execute compensation plans effectively, ensuring alignment, accuracy, and timely delivery of compensation‑related activities
  • Other reasonable duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Related Field required
  • 4+ Years Compensation and HR experience required
  • English level B2 or equivalent
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools required
  • Have sufficient knowledge of Mercer IPE, Job evaluation methodology and practices.


Soft Skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with complex data sets.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to non-technical audiences
