Nhân viên chăm sóc cây cảnh chịu trách nhiệm trồng, chăm sóc cây cối, đảm bảo cảnh quan trong văn phòng và khu vực xung quanh công ty.

Gardener is responsible for planting, taking care of plants, ensuring the landscape inside the office and the area around the company.

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities

• Thực hiện các công việc thường xuyên và định kỳ như chăm sóc cây, hoa; ươm cây, cắt tỉa cành, loại bỏ những lá sâu, nhánh mục, những nhánh không đạt chuẩn, tưới nước, bón phân, vệ sinh vườn, cắt cỏ, nhổ cỏ dại
• Kiểm tra, kiểm soát và xử lý tình hình hoa / cây cảnh trong khu vực được giao: cây yếu, chết, khô héo, sâu bệnh
• Sắp xếp, chuyển đổi cây cảnh theo sự điều phối của quản lý
• Đảm bảo vấn đề vệ sinh khu vực phụ trách
• Đảm bảo giữ gìn cẩn thận và bảo dưỡng công cụ dụng cụ (CCDC) và trang thiết bị sử dụng chăm sóc cây cảnh được cung cấp
• Kiểm tra, theo dõi tình trạng CCDC và trang thiết bị; phát hiện hư hỏng, báo cáo sữa chữa hoặc thay mới kịp thời
• Có thể di chuyển làm việc giữa các văn phòng khác của công ty theo yêu cầu
• Các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công

• Perform regular and periodic tasks such as taking care of plants and flowers; nurseries, pruning branches, removing deep leaves, rotten branches, substandard branches, watering, fertilizing, cleaning the garden, cutting weeds, weeding
• Check, control, and handle situation of flowers/plant in the assigned area: weak, dead, wilted plants, pest situation
• Arrange and move the place of plant according to the coordination of the management
• Ensure the hygiene of the area in charge
• Ensure proper care and maintenance of tools and equipment used for plant care are provided
• Check and monitor the status of tools and equipment; detect damage, report repair or replace promptly
• Can move and work between other company offices upon request
• Other reasonable duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm
• Có kiến thức về trồng trọt, chăm sóc cây, cảnh quan
• Thái độ làm việc chăm chỉ, nhiệt tình, cẩn thận, trung thực, nhanh nhẹn, có trách nhiệm với công việc

• 2 year’s experiences at least
• Knowledgeable in planting and caring for plants, landscape
• Hardworking, enthusiastic, careful, honest, agile, responsible attitude
