What You Will Do:
The HR Analyst supports HR functions by collecting, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting employee data to improve HR operations, workforce planning, compliance, and business decision-making. This role focuses on transforming data into meaningful insights, ensuring data accuracy, automate report, process coordination, and HR system administration and optimization while building foundational HR analytics capability. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, a solid foundation in data tools, and effective communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain HR dashboards, reports for strategic, functional, and project-level views and support ad-hoc and deep-dive analytical, forecasting, and reporting needs across departments.
- Collaborating with Business Analytics team to ensure all the HR dashboard systems is accuracy and updated.
- Collaborating with other HR members and related functions to identify gaps in HR processes and data management and recommend or implement improvements to enhance efficiency. Support the automation of HR reporting and optimize overall data effectiveness
- Develop statistics and information reports identifying trends, forecasts and issues for use in the development and monitoring and implementation of human resources plans and strategies.
- Research human resources practices, trends and market information by analyzing data and information to prepare materials and recommendations on best practices for program area policies and procedures.
- Collaborating and supporting HRIS maintenance and optimization. Troubleshoot basic HR data/system issues
- Handle sensitive and confidential employee data with strict discretion, ensuring full compliance with data privacy regulations, company policies, and information security standards.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field. 1–4 years of HR, HR operations, HR data, or analyst experience.
