What You Will Do:

Responsibilities

A. Build and Maintain Integrated HR Databases:

1. Consolidate data from multiple HR sources (e.g., HRIS, payroll, and employee master data) into standardized structured datasets for analysis and reporting.

2. Define and maintain data structures, mapping rules, performance indicator, transformation logic, and metric definitions to ensure consistency, accuracy, and comparability across HR data outputs.

3. Partner with other HR functions and Business Intelligence Analytics and Data teams to align to implementation/deliverable method.

4. Provide technical training to increase HR capabilities in data analytics and data-driven decision-making culture.

B. Develop HR Dashboards and Generate Workforce Insights:

1. Design, develop, and maintain HR dashboards, recurring reports, and ad-hoc analytical outputs that provide clear visibility into key workforce metrics, trends, and business-relevant insights.

2. Improve dashboard usability by simplifying complex data into clear views, highlighting key trends and exceptions, and reducing manual steps in dashboard preparation.

3. Develop and improve self-service reporting solutions that enable HR stakeholders and leaders to navigate dashboards independently, interpret key metrics, and reduce manual reporting support.

C. Evaluate and Improve HR Reporting Processes and Systems

1. Review current HR reporting workflows to identify inefficiencies, repetitive manual activities, control gaps, or opportunities for standardization and automation.

2. Recommend practical improvements to reporting processes, data structures, and system usage that enhance reporting speed, accuracy, and scalability without overstepping into IT architecture ownership.

3. Contribute to the development of reporting standards, templates, data dictionaries, and user guidance that improve adoption and consistency across the HR function.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.

    • Postgraduate training in analytics, HR technology, or business intelligence is an advantage.

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR analytics, workforce reporting, HRIS reporting, or data analysis is required.

    • Experience building HR databases, analytical datasets, or integrated HR data sources from the ground up is desirable.

    • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL; familiarity with Python, VBA, Data Lake, Data Mart.

    • Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail.

    • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

    • Confidentiality in handling employee data.

    Physical Demands
    This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
