Roles & Responsibilities

• Work with internal relevant stakeholders as well as team members and/or work with assigned customers on production information process requirements
• Coordinate procedures and technical administrative systems and come up with ways to align with streamline processes. Ensuring a smooth and complete flow of information and production reports to facilitate the business of MiTek and customers
• Modify reports and processes according to customer's changing requirements with the agreement with the operations and related functional departments
• Support in developing relationships with new customers to maximize business development for MiTek's long-term sustainable success
• Support to achieve an integrated, staff-oriented, high-performance culture for the Technical Administration team
• Continue to grow the MiTek family by supporting customers and ensuring the highest service for all customers
• Participating in the company's ongoing improvement projects or activities
• Develop English skills as it's part of providing good customer service
• Other reasonable assigned duties

Requirements

• University or College degree
• English level (CEFR) B1 or equivalent
• Experience in office computing skills
• Ability to learn new software programs
• Ability to input, cross-check, ensure the accuracy, manage data and pay attention to detail
