Working in an energetic, fun and fast paced environment our Architectural Drafters are responsible for a range of drafting and detailing activities that support our global customers operating in the construction industry through the timely and accurate delivery of CAD outputs. Architectural Drafters require an awareness of the construction process, an ability to learn new construction methods and have great attention to detail. The ability to apply critical thinking and having the confidence to ask questions to avoid mistakes are both important as the role requires high quality outputs.

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities

• Đọc và diễn giải các thông số kỹ thuật kiến trúc và các tài liệu liên quan để thu thập thông tin cần thiết

• Dựa trên thông tin được cung cấp, cung cấp các bản vẽ thiết kế có sự trợ giúp của máy tính (CAD) bằng các chương trình phần mềm được chỉ định (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, v.v.)

• Read and interpret architectural and structural drawings to gather required information

• Read and interpret architectural specifications and associated documents to gather required information

• Based on information provided, provide computer aided design (CAD) drawings using the specified software program (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit, etc.)

• Outputs include Master Plans, Red Line Markups, Structural Details, Shop Drawings and other CAD based tasks or customer specific requirements

• Review drawings and documents for errors or deficiencies and provide solutions

• Maintain accurate records of valuable company information

• Participate in customer meetings to receive feedback on projects

• Modify files to adopt customer change requests

• Ensure completed work complies with customer instructions and specifications

• Participate in company continuous improvement projects or activities

• As part of delivering good customer service, develop your English skills

• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Tốt nghiệp Đại học hoặc Cao đẳng

• Trình độ tiếng Anh (CEFR) A1 hoặc tương đương

• Kỹ năng đọc bản vẽ công trình

• Kỹ năng sử dụng phần mềm CAD (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit)

• Hiểu và có khả năng thể hiện dịch vụ khách hàng tốt

• University or College degree

• English level (CEFR) A1 or equivalent

• Construction plan reading

• Construction method knowledge

• CAD software skills (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit)

• Understand and be able to demonstrate good customer service
