Job Description

Serve as the dedicated change lead for assigned projects and work cross functionally through many different stakeholders in the organization to succeed. Coach senior leaders to fulfill their role of project owner and sponsor change.

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute change management strategies, including stakeholder assessment, communications, leadership alignment, change readiness, capability transfer, and end-user training.

  • Develop and deliver a comprehensive communication strategy and collaborate with Corporate Communications on organization-wide communications related to transformation projects.

  • Facilitate the creation of clear and effective communication plans to articulate the purpose, benefits, and timeline of changes to all stakeholders, fostering understanding and buy-in.

  • Utilize multiple communication channels and tools to disseminate information effectively.

  • Manage change management workstream and resources needed to support the successful delivery of change management plans.

  • Collaborate with training teams to develop and deliver training programs that support the adoption of new systems and processes.

  • Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, HR, communications, and leadership, to identify change impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Engage and empower Stakeholders to foster a culture of open communication and collaboration to support the change process.

  • Provide coaching and support to managers to effectively guide their teams through the change process.

  • Collaborate with external consulting partners to leverage their methodologies and ensure successful adoption of change across MiTek.

  • Monitor and measure the change progress and outcomes using appropriate measures and key performance indicators (KPI’s).

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure change management activities are integrated into the overall project plan.

  • Lead the identification and engagement of change champions and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive advocacy and support for changes.

  • Champion a Positive Culture by acting as a role model for change, encouraging adaptability and resilience throughout the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Related Field required

  • 3+ Years of experience managing change for large-scale ERP implementations required

Physical Demands:


This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
