What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
Maintains Professional Engineering Licenses
Ensure Professional Engineering license renewals are processed accurately and on time
Complete tax payment renewals when applicable
Order and maintain physical stamps and electronic seals for professional engineers
Upload and maintain electronic seals on MiTek internal systems.
Maintains Certificates of Authorization for MiTek. ◦ Ensure COA license renewals are processed accurately and on time.
Manages Continuing Education offerings
Maintains yearly subscription with continuing education provider
Records continuing education credits for professional engineers
Responds to Engineering Board random continuing education audits.
Manages all files related to License renewal and continuing education (both physical copies and electronic files)
Maintains registrations/subscriptions with professional organizations
Supports the duties of the CX Administrative Assistant as required
Generates and maintains monthly engineering data reports
Collaborates with others to solve problems
Responds to issues in a timely, professional, and effective manner
Qualifications
High School/GED required
Associates Related Field Preferred
2+ Years executive administrative or related experience required
Notary Public preferred
Able to use Microsoft Office Applications

This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. This role may need to access areas within the building that are undergoing renovations which may contain jobsite hazards. Occasionally this role will required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
