Responsibilities:
1. HRIS management:
• Aggressively work on and plan for full implementation of Workday in Vietnam.
• Design, plan, and execute strategies for integration of Workday with other systems. Manage technical configuration of other systems that integrate with Workday and third-party Payroll Vendors, ERP Systems and IT Systems.
• Participate in HCM implementation and rolling out of new modules (time and attendance, talent management, Workday Recruiting, Learning Management System etc.). Design and document business requirements, perform system/integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Implement new functionalities as provided by vendors via upgrades, patches and releases, including managing related testing. Manage vendor updates, patches, releases and remain current on functional enhancements.
• Manage and support the design, development and administration of the HRIS Systems and related software tools and interfaces.
• Oversee development of standardized troubleshooting methodologies that consistently result in the timely resolution of system issues.
• Evaluate the functionality and system requirements for MiTek on a global basis to ensure MiTek business needs are being met, including all compliance requirements.
• Oversee HR technology utilization to drive business strategies across the organization.
• Provide set-up and configuration of security roles, tables, workflow, and business rules.
• Provide expertise and recommendations for building reports and manipulating data using Business Intelligence software.
• Provide training and guidance to system end users. Oversee creation and/or updating of training and process documentation.
2. HR Data analytics & Reporting:
• Design, implement and deliver effective reporting solutions to HR Business Partners and Business Leaders. Build a fully functional advanced reporting and HR data analysis capability in the HRIS Team.
3. Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination:
• Develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential vendor partners; identify and assist in determining new technology solutions to support business needs
• Participate in and lead cross-functional teams to provide and implement effective solutions.
4. Team Management & Development: Lead and develop the HRIS staff, including the HRIS Help Desk Administrator, HRIS Analyst team, Data Analyst team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or related fields; Workday certification preferred.
• 8+ years progressive HRIS experience, with 4+ years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience and 3+ years in a managerial role.
• 4+ years of strong knowledge of HRIS best practices, and HR policies and procedures.
• 4+ years demonstrating solid understanding of Workday HCM functionality, including data architecture, integrations, and business processes.
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
• English level (CEFR) B2+ or equivalent.
