A Brief Overview
The HRIS Manager will be responsible for managing and supporting the Workday HCM (Human Capital Management) system, which includes data architecture management, system configuration, third party data integrations, and process improvement implementation.

What You Will Do:

Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Workday related projects and capability inquiries.

  • Develop and maintain a cohesive data architecture platform.

  • Partner with HR Segment to enhance Workday functionality across the HCM platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement full cycle process improvements to meet strategic initiatives.

  • Design and implement internal processes and audit automation to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Workday ecosystem.

  • Provide technical guidance, coaching and training to Vietnam HRIS team members and other support teams.

  • Participate in meetings with Global HRIS teams to share updates, align on processes, and ensure effective collaboration across regions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration or related fields; Workday certification preferred.
  • At least 8 years progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience including end-to-end system build and optimization.
  • Strong expertise in Workday HCM, Reporting, Analytics.
  • Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Solid experience in HR data governance, workforce analytics, and executive reporting.
