As the Human Resources Business Partner for our Hazelwood, MO manufacturing site, you’ll serve as the trusted HR presence on the plant floor, partnering closely with leaders and team members to drive engagement, performance, and retention.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll balance strategic HR partnership with daily operational support. You’ll lead employee relations, frontline recruiting and onboarding, workforce planning, compliance, and engagement initiatives, all while helping build strong leadership capability and a positive employee experience across multiple locations.
