  • Issue and track CAPAs and SCARs, ensuring accountability and progress on corrective actions.

  • Partner with Operations to resolve issues quickly and keep production on track.

Think ahead

  • Develop project documentation using CAD models, 2D drawings, and specifications.

  • Present findings, insights, and solutions to leadership, stakeholders, and customers.

  • Implement continuous improvement practices—lean, 5S, and process optimization—that enhance capability and stability.

What You Bring

  • Education & experience: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; 4+ years of experience in quality or continuous improvement within a manufacturing or machine-shop environment.

  • Technical expertise: Skilled in blueprint reading, GD&T, ASME/ANSI standards, and CAD tools (PTC Creo/Wildfire preferred).

  • Process mindset: Strong background in quality systems, supplier management, inspections, and compliance.

  • Communication skills: Confident presenting in one-on-one and small group settings, with the ability to coach and train others.

  • Hands-on approach: You’re comfortable moving between office and factory settings, engaging directly with teams on the floor.

Physical Demands

This role is primarily performed in an office environment using standard equipment. Regular access to the factory is required, where you may be exposed to noise, vibration, chemicals/fumes, temperature changes, and operating machinery.
