Responsibilities
Code, enhance, test, and debug software solutions using C#, C++, SQL Server, and .NET Framework.
Lead, mentor, and coach developers
Resolve and fix critical customer issues
Collaborate with product managers, customer support, testing, and other development teams to ensure solutions are efficient, consistent, and fulfill customer needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field. Additionally, equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
5+ years of experience in software design and development using relevant technologies required
Experience with C# and .NET required
Experience developing and maintaining desktop applications
Comfortable digging into large codebases to diagnose, debug, and resolve critical issues
Ability to refactor code to fix root causes
Interact professionally with internal and external customers and team members
Experience driving designs, mentoring team members, and guiding technical discussions
Special Consideration for Candidates with the Following:
Proficiency with mathematics including linear algebra, trigonometry, and statics
Knowledge of structural engineering principles
Experience with C++
