Responsible for assigning customer order ship dates, ensuring orders are processed daily according to the schedule, and coordinating/overseeing customer order loading and logistics.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused, and hardworking General Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day warehouse operations. This role involves packing plate kits, assembling tubes (Jack Post), repacking damaged cartons, assisting with the receiving and put-away process, performing cycle counts, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Pack plate kits and assemble Jack Post tubes while ensuring product quality, accuracy, and compliance with work instructions.

• Repack damaged cartons and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all items are properly packaged and labeled.

• Assist with receiving activities, including unloading, inspection, material put-away, and inventory organization.

• Move materials safely using pallet jacks, carts, and forklifts (where certified and authorized).

• Perform cycle counts and stock verification to maintain inventory accuracy.

• Label, sort, store, and replenish products in designated warehouse locations.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by following housekeeping standards and supporting

5S initiatives.

• Follow all company health, safety, quality, and operational procedures.

• Support other warehouse and logistics activities as assigned by the supervisor.

 

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of warehouse experience.

• Ability to lift and handle a minimum of 55 lbs consistently.

• Comfortable with manual labor (hand bombing).

• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems is an asset.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Good teamwork and communication skills.

Working Conditions

• Physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting, bending, and manual handling.

• Exposure to warehouse environment including temperature variations, noise, and moving equipment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Shipping & Receiving.

• Knowledge of safety standards such as WHMIS.
