Responsible for assigning customer order ship dates, ensuring orders are processed daily according to the schedule, and coordinating/overseeing customer order loading and logistics.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support our daily operations, including order picking, forklift operation, and shipping/receiving activities. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with manual material handling and able to consistently lift a minimum of 55 lbs and above, as required (up to 75 lbs)

Key Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders accurately using pick lists or RF scanners
• Operate forklifts (counterbalance, reach, or walkie) to move materials safely

• Load and unload trucks, including manual handling (hand bombing) of cartons up to 75 lbs as required.
• undefinedBuild, wrap, and stage pallets for shipment Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including verification of incoming/outgoing goods Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with cycle counts Keep work area clean and organized (5S standards) Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of warehouse experience
• Valid forklift certification (Required)
• Ability to lift and handle a minimum of 55 lbs consistently
• Comfortable with manual labor (hand bombing)
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse systems is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Working Conditions

• Physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting, bending, and manual handling.
• Exposure to warehouse environment (temperature variations, noise, moving equipment)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping & receiving
• Knowledge of safety standards (e.g., WHMIS)
