Job Description
Responsible for managing the implementation of our MiTek Software Suite with existing MiTek accounts, new MiTek accounts, or with new startups. This would include performing a Needs Analysis of their existing software. Installing and configuring the MiTek Suite. Training on the use of the MiTek Suite. Communicating with Product Management any issues or software enhancements required. Providing software demonstrations to prospective customers. Having regular meetings between our client and MiTek Sales to communicate how the conversion is proceeding.Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Analyze customers business and setup the MiTek Database accordingly. This includes writing reports.
Train clients on the use of the MiTek Suite
Install the MiTek software suite.
Hold regular meetings with clients and MiTek sales to ensure the conversion it on track.
Travel to customer sites to perform Needs Analysis.
Perform software demonstrations onsite or remotely for potential clients
Qualifications
Associates Computer and Information Science preferred or
4+ Years of related experience in the Building Component Industry required
Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis
Able to use Microsoft Office Applications
Soft Skills
Problem solving skills to troubleshoot problems or come up with alternate solutions. A clear understanding of the working of a Truss plant and the needs of management.
Additional Requirements
Valid drivers' license and proof of auto insurance required.

Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role. This role may need to access areas within the building that are undergoing renovations which may contain jobsite hazards. Occasionally this role will required to push, pull, bend, lift and move up to 25 lbs.
