The Data & Analytics team at MiTek is newly formed and growing. Our charter is to create a Modern Data Strategy and Architecture that allows our business stakeholders to utilize the vast amount of data in the MiTek ecosystem to drive decisions.Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Responsibilities
Be the authoritative source of all IT Data & Analytics activities within our portfolio, own the team culture of continuous improvement
Manage incoming Service Now tickets by quickly engaging in Data & Analytics leadership to provide a recommended course of action
Build an IT Data & Analytics Product Backlog, synthesizing common requests into a single implementation plan
Align our Product Backlog to the CIDO roadmap view in COMPASS (ServiceNow & ADO) by partnering with IT and Data & Analytics leadership to create lineage from daily technical development efforts all the way through to the long-term roadmap.
Collaborate with the Data Governance program to build a network of Data Stewards tied to business functionality
Develop performance to plan insights for Data & Analytics leadership to ensure accelerated solution delivery, incorporating retrospective concepts to the team
Drive an iterative value creation culture by exploring innovative methods to keep the technical team engaged and inform the business of progress to needs
Lead Agile ceremonies (scrum, backlog grooming, demo days, planning, etc.)
Flex as a delivery lead across the full digital stack (as directed) by rapidly sizing new work, aligning stakeholders, and guiding teams from concept to deployment as new priorities emerge.
Coordinate the seamless transition and sustainment of these diverse digital deliverables by aligning cross-functional teams, capturing best practices, and implementing proven patterns into standard playbooks and backlogs.
Core Experience & Requirements
5+ years of work experience in managing the quality and timeliness of technical solution delivery to business stakeholders
3+ years of experience related to program management
Working with key stakeholders to drive business results via an agile delivery mindset
Experience in a global environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a team of technical analysts
Strong collaboration skills - you partner well with others to solve problems and actively incorporate input from various sources
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to rally peers and keep them energized on our Agile journey by having fun through implementing your own rules of engagement
