A Brief Overview
As a Supply Chain Data Analyst, you will be responsible for Master Data. Setting up BOM and Routers from engineering and regular maintenance of the ERP system.
Responsibilities
• Own assigned projects on the data side from the shop floor, engineering, warehouse, and production control team.
• Set up BOM’s with correct labor, price, and stocking levels.
• Be able to assign routing and work flow of items through the production floor and stocking locations.
• Execute master data timely in SAP, including end-to-end processes
• Updating semiannual/quarterly safety stock, ordering quantities to align with demand and data validation checks.
• Read and extract data from BOM’s and Prints
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven improvements and drive data-related initiatives.
• Training and education of best practices on ERP data. Support data-related issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with other teams across our operations to drive improvements.
• Extract data from multiple sources and ERP systems. Extracting data for team members and developing reports.
• Data compliance and security – work with regulatory and IT on an as-needed basis.
Qualifications
• Associate’s Degree in related field preferred
• 2+ years in data maintenance with hands-on experience with SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and education which clearly indicates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position may substitute on a year for year basis.
• Experience with core SAP modules, particularly Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and/or Master Data Management (MDM) strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of query and report writing (SQL, ABAP) preferred.
• Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills required.
• Proficiency in Excel required; working knowledge of Power BI preferred.
Physical Demands
This role is performed in an office environment where a computer, telephone and other office equipment are used as needed to perform the duties of the role.
